I wanna wish all my friends a very "HAPPY VALENTINES DAY" ♥ ♥ ♥
and hope everyone had a great day and made it Healthy.

No cake for me or candy.

I had Strawberries and light Cool whip instead.

Great! I did have some dark chocolate but I only ate 900 calories or so, so I planned for it. I had raspberries with it!

I behaved myself quite well! A few sweet potato chips but no sweets. We must be getting the hang of this healthy eating thing.
