Great(although quick)workout at gym during lunch. Planet Fitness has free personal trainers and this guy was great. He took me through a 30 minute circuit which I had been doing quite efficiently, but I learned a ton from him and I'm very glad I went. My plan in to circuit train Tue and Thurs during lunch and to run in between as much as I can.

We used TRX for squats too and it rocks.

I think back to after having my first son... I was 29 at a good weight for me (138) but def needed to tone things up. I rarely worked out int he gym but I did ran alot. I stumbled upon the best trainer ever and she got me into the best shape of my life. Now, 10 years later, I NEED to feel that way again. Key is consistency and to keep up good habits and get back on track even if I fall along the way (which I know I will).
