Out for a walk in the sunshine today, just over 7.5 miles with the walking group. It was very wet and muddy underfoot - I was pleased as it meant a first outing for my snazzy floral wellies which I washed off in the sea at Brixham. Got home just before it started to rain!! :)

Sounds like a great outing, there's probably a bit more rain coming so many more days like that in store.

Beautiful walking down that way, mine is city centre at weekends but at least there's always something/one to watch! My wellies are the dreaded Hunters - not very comfortable and too slim - even my lovely tall and endless-slim-legged sis thinks they're too narrow. I bought them because I was in a hurry and they are a lovely colour! Must get some useful ones and go up on the moors.
