Amen :) I did some time in Texas (and by did some time I mean I was in a very bad marriage :) and I too know the love of fried catfish. I have been counting calories and just being more aware of what I put in to my body is making my choices easier.

you already kno how..you just need to get back to basics and in the right frame of mind...lots of carbs..mean more exercise... to burn them...
i know you can do this...its all a matter of you deciding your ready once again...an to get back into a healthy routine...
