I had the wings non breaded, so no carbs there. I chose the Caesar salad with side dressing - good choice again. The mistake was the beer. I had two there and three more at my friend's house after. Most of my friends don't give a crap about fitness like I do. Anyway, a mild hangover this morning and half a pound higher; here I am. I did make it to the gym this afternoon though.
