Fat in Ottawa's Journal, 24 Jan 17

My electronic scale can't seem to decide how much I weight this morning. I was 187.5 when I got up. Usually after my workout I am a good lb less, but from water loss due to sweat.

After the gym I went up to 189 lbs, but after my shower and a full large protein drink, I went down again to 187 lbs. I put it in here as 188 lbs and will see tomorrow what the scale says.
