Just realized I have hit a plateau, although a mini one. I am going to try to fast past it today.

plateaus are hard, just don't think about it and carry on!

I only consider weight loss in a plateau if it lasts more than a week or even two. Many changes in our bodies can hide our fat loss. Be vigilant and patient and you will get there!
