Last night's pot of soup just wasn't right. I was craving what I thought was bean soup but once I got a bowl of it, I wasn't all that thrilled. I wonder if I left something out of the recipe or if it was because I used a different type of ham than I normally do.

Had a gathering at church last night. Help it down to 2 small cookies and 4 tortilla chips with a meat/cheese dip. I didn't walk away from the stuff completely but the if 2 cookies are the worst error of the day, I think I am ok.

I was NOT able to walk yesterday. We had an ice storm the previous night and I couldn't get out from our gravel road until after 3pm and by then I had to catch up on errands. I will get back on task today.

WATERWATERWATER!!!! Does any one else have a difficult time getting all of their water in? Any helpful hints? I would love to hear them.

I drink warm lemon water before eating my first meal of the day and drink plain water before eating my other meals. Plus, I get water from the fruit and veggies I eat. I have a bottle the measures exactly how much water I should be drinking and when that bottle is empty I know I am on track. Visually seeing my water bottle encourages me to drink.
