Christmas Day: Probably won't get much exercise in today. Other than gym days I haven't been doing any extensive walks because of icy conditions. All I need is to break something and i won't be walking anywhere. I'll try and control the caloric intake accordingly. Well the end of the day is almost here after a lovely turkey dinner with all the trimmings. I didn't pig out and will finish off a little under my calorie limit.
