Well, dammit. I wrote a lengthy entry yesterday, but for some reason, it didn't post. It was a good day, in spite of the bread I was craving (and ate as a hot, open-face turkey sandwich. YUM!).I was still under 50g carbs, and WAY under RDI for cals. It was very rainy for the 18 hours before I went to work, and when I went to get in my car to go to work yesterday, the passenger floorboards were soaked with water. My car has a sunroof, and there are drains that guide the water around the glass. Occasionally, they get clogged with tree litter. Such was the case yesterday. Grrr! On top of that, I noticed that my radio reception was spotty...noticed that the antenna was snapped off. I took it through an automated car wash a few days ago, and it must have happened then. So, tomorrow, we have an appointment at the car Dr., for all things to be put right. It's time for an oil change, too. The bread craving continued today...and the boss ordered in pizza for everyone. Yep, I had a slice. And tonight I'm paying for it. The back pain, groin pain, belly hurt and brain fog are reminding me, "KES! You CANNOT eat wheat products!!!!!!!!!" Yeah, it tasted really good, but the after-effects are just not worth it. In spite of being at 30% of my RDI, my weight continues to bounce between 168-171 lbs. According to this site, my CI is running a 2000+ Kcal deficit every day. Explain that, CICO advocates! Dinner was a chicken thigh with gravy. Simple, fatty and filling. I'm pleasantly tired tonight, and will sleep well before having to get up at 0:dark thirty to get to the car place in the morning. Good night, FS buddies. Tomorrow is a new day. ~Kes
