I been binge eating ~and not exercising
I had an emotional breakdown in the past 3 days
I don't want to weight myself today I don't want to feel defeated
I'm going to see my family in another city for thanksgiving
hopefully I can feel happy again

Identify your triggers, if you can go walking when you feel like eating it helps. Just walk, not running or jogging. Comfortable flat shoes and walk

I am sorry to hear you have had a rough patch. Losing weight does not have to be so torturous. Learning about food, nutrition and recipes is fun and exciting. I've even found 2 exercises that I like to do. ( bike riding and rebounding). Go and have a wonderful time with your family and come back with renewed optimism and a refreshed outlook.

You are losing nicely. Don't get discouraged over lapses, but rather pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back in the game.
