Had a lovely day in the beginning but when I got home and realized all the crap I need to do and wasn't getting done I felt blah and started eating candy. This will set me back for all the progress I have made since the first. As I recently learned it is harder to feel happy and easier to cop out and feel blah. One positive thing I did was keep track of all I ate even though it really wasn't the best choices at the end of the day. I will do better and keep out of the sugar because I am highly addicted to sugar highs which don't feel great after I come crashing down. What is done is done and I will accept responsibility for the damage done and Monday do better. P.S. it is time to get rid of or put the holiday candy out of sight.

Lisa, get rid of the candy. No one in the house needs that sugar. But that being said, I don't think you should beat yourself up over this. Yes, we had a lovely time (thanks!) and maybe you indulged when you got home, but 1500 cal for the day ain't at all bad, girl!

Thanks Mimi, and I really enjoyed our Movie watching and outing yesterday as it was a very nice break. Candy is out of the house!
