okay I didn't go shopping today I was really tired from all the hiking exercise this afternoon. I fell asleep around 5pm woke up at 10pm , now I can't sleep anymore. I ate an orange , and maybe I'll drink some water to keep myself hydrated. My desire for food is less and less that I don't really feel that hungry right now ~ I think this is a good thing maybe? I tried to cut down sugar intake because sugar makes me fat.. I always have a struggling relationship with sugar , I eat a lot of sweet food everyday because I have sweet tooth .. but sweet things increase my appetite a lot ...
