okay I didn't go shopping today I was really tired from all the hiking exercise this afternoon.
I fell asleep around 5pm woke up at 10pm , now I can't sleep anymore.
I ate an orange , and maybe I'll drink some water to keep myself hydrated.
My desire for food is less and less that I don't really feel that hungry right now ~
I think this is a good thing maybe? I tried to cut down sugar intake because sugar makes me fat..
I always have a struggling relationship with sugar , I eat a lot of sweet food everyday because I have sweet tooth ..
but sweet things increase my appetite a lot ...

good night ....can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning.

Thank you for commenting @OliverBeMe , I ate mango shaved ice yesterday It was so fattening but It tasted so good ! You are right I really need to stay away from those obvious sugars ~

Carbs are so addictive! The more you eat the more you want. Try to eliminate refined carbs and eat more protein. You will feel full much longer.
