vmjohnson's Journal, 26 Oct 16

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone has been prescribed medication for weight loss and or binge eating disorder. Just got back from my doctor and had a conversation with him. Going to do some more research and then go back to him next week. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or any success with something. He did have me look into saxenda. Thanks in advance!

Please do read about Dr. William Davis (a Cardiologist) who has identified a WOE (way of eating) that improves many health issues, and definitely gets rid of those horrendous cravings. He has several books out and goes into great detail. You can start at Facebook, "Wheat Belly" . Good luck and hope you are able to skip those meds!

I had a doc who believed in old fashioned rx appetite suppressants. I couldn't sleep. They worked for a week theni actually ate more. I was in them for 4 weeks. I actually gained 12llbs taking them. I have no experience with meds for BED.

belviq or adapex may help. both are prescription. Belivq is a mood enhancer and could help with the urge to binge. Google Appetite Mood prescription meds for more options.
