Been a bit more careful, but not counting calories. Avoiding alcohol seems to make the difference.
98.8 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes totally agree that avoiding alcohol is a huge lifestyle change in a positive direction! Sleep better, feel better, lose weight and be more active instead of consuming empty calories.
