I went to the gym yesterday, it felt pretty good. I didn't do anything that strenuous, but just moving more than I usually do was great. I just want to get to 199 lbs so bad...it just seems like its taking so long, and that's discouraging. I know I need to exercise more. Dieting alone won't get me that far, I've learned.
