Wow - look at that.
I had one less snack than normal yesterday and a mega smoothie instead of my normal lunch. But I did have a full glass of wine with dinner. All ended in a net loss. :)
Meanwhile, yesterday I didn't feel like I was dieting at all. I might more mega smoothies for lunch this week.
Goal for today- Find my FitBit and charge it!
