Happily down a small amount. Every time I check my carbs I discover I'm way over the recommended 20 gr. It's hard to find food without carbs...even tomato sauce. At least I've come down a bit, maybe just from water. I've also been trying 18:6 IF...three days in a row, by skipping breakfast. Going paddling again tonight. Hope to work up a sweat and burn some calories. It's a beautiful day.

I was constantly looking for things to keep the carbs down. I ended up concentrating on getting protein and fat only and the carbs followed along at a minimum. I think that fresh veggies in season should be freebies though LOL!

Thanks Frankie. I'll try that, because you're right, those carbs come along anyway
