Bit of a slump this week. I'm ridiculously stressed out, and not handling it well. I'm not overeating (the anti-depressants I started a month ago have really helped that particular issue) but I am oversleeping... which in some ways is worse! Tomorrow I'm going to break the habit and get up nice and early for a walk with my dog. Getting up with the sun always leads to an energetic day :).
I have more commitments than I actually have time for and have extra home stressors this week as well. I know that things will improve (because I'm making sure of it) so I just need to do my best to work through this week with a smile. Everything will be better with time.
