Wow. The boot camp is over and I thought I'd never survive, but I did. I was so bagged yesterday I could barely do my job out in the boat. I think it was because I didn't have enough food in me...or the right amount of the right kind of food. I felt totally drained. So last night, I carb loaded big time. I performed better today, but still felt drained which may just be due to all the effort of the weekend. Overall I'm pleased that I did the camp and I'm right back with my eating plan. Onward and upward.

Congrats! 3 day boot camp sounded very tough. Continued success on your weight loss. I like that downward trend I'm seeing.
