I have been undisciplined. Simply can't seem to wrap my mind around getting this weight loss going again. Weighing the same.

Our bodies are so finicky, aren't they? I wish there was a switch that said "weight loss mode" or something, but sadly it doesn't work that way. For as intense of a desire we have to lose the weight, our bodies fight it like crazy! The key is to keep going and constantly evaluate and reevaluate our food habits, exercise, and any other medical things that could be getting in the way. If we've exhausted everything and know we are doing things correctly, then you gotta fight back as hard as your body is fighting to keep the weight on. Eventually, one is going to give in...the question is...will you or your body win? When I first started, I lost about 10 pounds in two months and I was on a roll. I was so happy, but then it stopped. I plateaued for almost 4 months! But I kept at it and eventually dropped again. Also, look at it from this perspective....at least you are the same and not more! :)
