yesterday I jogged 30 minutes and faster than my last time jogging. so pretty proud of myself. trying to get motivated today is going to be my challenge. my mind is somewhere else today. been up since 5:30 this morning over thinking a lot.. I don't believe ilk get around to working out but today I'll probably do a good amount of fasting. just not feeling good or hungry :/
