Gonna try something new. Might only last today, but who knows. Been eating too many of my calories all in the morning, not leaving enough available for eating with rest of family later in day. Gives a great fasting period, 14-18 hours daily, but not working out socially. So, will try eating breakfast on break1, and lunch on break2. And on lunch, I think I will cycle on my exercise bike. Gives me a break from standing, and some much needed exercise. We will see how it goes....

I go from last meal in evening til at least noon the next day for my IF. Usually I go til evening meal as I like to use my calories in evening, depending on what's going on. Good luck!

Great job Cathy. I love that if you are struggling with your plan, tweak it till it's just right. Just started IF like Rckc and it is working great for me. I just eat lunch and dinner then fast till 1pm the next day. That's what works for my schedule. Hope you can find a plan the works perfectly for yours. You got this..woohoo!

Yep, you have to play around to see what works best for you. That will make it a lasting effort instead of a phase. Best wishes with your adjustments.
