so frustrated. i exercise 4-5 days a week and the scale hasn't moved all month! my stomach still doesn't seem to be shrinking either. i feel like crying. im busting my ass off, pushing myself mentally to keep going! idk what im doing wrong.

Thank you, i didn't expect so many replies lol However it has helped me feel better, i will keep at it. And do better job tracking everything! Like my coffee creamer, condiments, ect. Just some days i dont get on here to record. Especially weekends. Ill have to change that! One thing that i need to buy is cabbage! I love it and its great for losing weight. And i have to pat myself on the back too for actually trying the insanity workouts lol they are hard!

Before you go making any big changes to your diet. Let me ask you what kind of Exercise are you doing, and for how long have you been training? Also what is your daily caloric intake. Try to be as exact as possible.
