I cannot believe on my last week following this nutrition plan and developing better eating habits I fell apart last week. No good reason. Disappointed. I gain so easy, plus so hard to lose. My cheats need to be very small, planned and infrequent. I know better. I can't do whatever I want anymore and get away with it. Okay I hope that rant helps, let's get back on track today.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
