yesterday was very busy, still did my morn exercise. was my fiance bday, so i ended up having small piece of cake, and small amount of ice cream after i had small amount of spaghetti! lol good thing i didn't eat much during the day i would of been way over! im not happy i ate that but i was careful. anyways, this morn i decided to do T25 ab intervals for my workout. another week down with 5 days exercising!
