pain in gallbladder area is getting better, the pulled muscle on my left under arm still sore but getting better. day 3 exercise this week. found my insanity dvds lol so i did the cardio. oh lord did that kick my butt! some moves i couldn't do because of my pulled muscle, so i did alternative move to keep me moving. im still stuck at 155 which means my goal date for 140 doesn't look good. trying to stay motivated, ive just been on a struggle streak. I'll get through this. i have too! i wanna be healthy,not fat, and get my self-esteem back!
