Not been losing weight for about 5 days, pretty strict Keto (and at this point my scale don't lie) in thinking of going berserk with carbs then the next day IF too break this. Is that what a Refeed is followed by a fasting?

Oh, electrolytes are salt and soysauce

The thing that helped me with the headaches the most was getting the electrolytes sorted, especially when I was following advice to drink a shit ton of water, which reduces electrolytes. Sodium (Na) you've likely got covered. Also need magnesium (Mg), Potassium (K), and Calcium (Ca).

HMU is you want more detailed info on the electrolytes and how to roll your own (cheaper). I've got it, but have to dig... good luck!

I get my sodium through a cup of broth twice a day and magnesium. No Atkins Flu when I do this.
