Glad you can feel the change. We don't always see the change in ourselves but so glad you can feel it. You are doing so well. Keep it up. I feel like a fraud encouraging you while I've been pigging out over thanksgiving but I can admire someone else's stick-to-it-iveness even if I can't stick-to-it myself - lol. Happy day!
