so last week was great! exercised 6 days! my upper stomach pain is slowly getting better! Still get some nasty pains,but not constantly! however yesterday and today i struggled with my workouts. im so weak and sluggish. i have no energy. only thing i can link it to is the med i started on for my anxiety. i rather deal with the anxiety than feel like a zombie. and i still have not heard back regarding my gall bladder sono from last week!!!smh....anyways im really hoping i feel better tomorrow for my exercise. i gotta keep going!
