so i gained back some, but that was prob because i got back to eating better. i wasn't eating few days from stress. but im back on track. i work my butt off today! after appointment i did two Jillian Michaels workouts! im so beat! it was 50 minutes total. hec its Fri,why not throw in a longer workout and its day five! have great weekend Everyone!
