I'm not going to be so much concerned about the pound per pound fluctuations in my weight anymore. I realized that my body works more in Ranges. A few months ago, my range was 225 to 232 my typical 7 lbs range. When I was doing good, it was 225... If I had a really good weekend, up to about 232, that range stayed steady for about a year. I'm now happy to notice my range has shifted after starting LCHF. On days when I'm good, it's at 217. After heavy carb days, 222. Not bad for a simple life adjustment!

And yeah, it's better to weight average. I know that I too fluctuate in the 2-4lb range as well. It's water and also the weight of the food you ate that day or the previous one that's in you :)

Smarty, you are doing great! I, too, have noticed how my body goes through weight ranges. It must be our body's way of adjusting to a new set point. I'm like you in that I believe we do not need to focus on the number so much.
