Up a bit this week, but I'm also feeling worn out from all the walking and on-the-fly strength training (aka doing squats holding kids). Normally, a gain on the scale would have me dropping every effort and returning to my old habits, but not today. I have also gone off plan for a few meals over the last several days. Not worried, just going to keep shifting on.
Bonus: kids found my measuring tape, so I can update those soon.
