Legs still little sore, woke up with my side abs sore lol but i pushed play and did my 40 min workout this morn. Wow three days in a row! The specialist my stupid family dr sent me too does not treat back injuries. Good thing im slowly getting better. Glad im able to exercise now. For three months i hurt too bad to do anything! Something simple as reaching for my seatbelt was painful! Or steering. When i was driving! My idiot family dr office has me so frustrated! Well at least im getting better to exercise and that it continues to get better. 😀
