sugar update
I have gradually reduced my sugar intake over the last few weeks. No cakes, puddings, chocolates etc. My only remaining sugar source is the protein bars and powders I use after training to help rebuild muscle. I am not too sure what to do about this. Thinking about it.
I have not missed sugar but have replaced the calories and more with oatcakes and cheese. My weight has gone up. BUT my clothes don't feel tight and in some places looser.
My skin is blotchy just now. But I think this could be detoxing effect so I am not concerned.
I don't have cravings at all for sweet things.

thanks! just need to re-adjust calories downwards now. There is always something, isn't there?!
