I have just started exercising as part of my weight loss program. I am drinking at least 6-8 (8oz) glasses of water per day and I write down in my personal journal everything I eat. I am also learning how to read labels to understand the difference between saturated fats, transfats, and unsaturated fats. I also try to eat high fiber foods (foods with 3 or more grams of fiber per serving). I am also feeling more energy and better about myself. Weight Watchers is the only plan I found that shows you how to lose weight the healthy way and keep it off.
