Today is the first day of February! Am hoping that this month I will loose at least 3kgs. My weight watchers group is going on a smoothie detox for the next 10 days. Since the caloric intake is somewhat low. I will not do any strenuous exercises for the next 10 days. I want to however try to skip rope for ten minutes every morning before I hit the showers. I will also try to do planks and HIIT of 10 minutes every evening.
