so according to this 125cal burned in 30 mins washing dishes yet 20 mins of stair climbed is 180 I sure as hell worked harder walking 30 floors up then washing dishes. Glad I got off my ass anyway felt good to accomplish that goal.

Be careful with the calories expended portion of this site. I have tracked my food and exercise religiously (never missed a day for 4.5 years I regularly have 1000 calorie a day surplus and if that was the true story I would have been only boned by now. The real gauge of calories spent is your accurate food diary and your weight loss or gain my exercise calendar tells me I often burn up to 5000 calories a day but I seldom eat more than 3600. Keep in mind I'm big 252 with less than 11 % bodyfat and I'm and avid cyclist and weight lifter My weight has been stable for many years so my point is don't think you can eat to your exercise data
