I need healthier snacks at home. These tostitos scoops and oatmeal cookies are so good but so bad. Smh. Cardio at 5pm.

If cookies and chips are in the house, I am eating them. It does not matter if I have healthier options or not. My husband loves ice cream...We always have ice cream and toppings. I can take it or leave it, but cookies and chips? Nope. Not me.

If you crave something savoury, I would suggest almonds ( or whatever nut you fancy) since they will make you fill satisfied easily. You can also try with some veggie sticks ( like cucumber or carrot) with a little bit of hummus. When craving somethign sweet i usually go for some berries with low faat yogurth. That's what works for me. Hope it's helpful!

Step one on a diet should be to clean out your kitchen, as if it's within easy reach, you're likely to cheat. Consider ditching the idea of snacking, period. I lost 80 pounds in 2015 by simply eating 3 complete meals a day with no snacking at all, and I was never hungry.

Unless you have determination of steel - your home has to be a snack-free zone! Good luck x
