Fritzy, I bought Orzo for a recipe I made at some point. It has been in the pantry for a while. I have tossed some in soup but never used it as a "main" ingredient. I had the shrimp so googled the combo to come up with a way to use it 😊

I still have a bunch of cookbooks, but except for a few long time recipes I pull them out for, they're mostly kitchen decor.
