Yep we love this in my house too! We switch up the proteins between meat, tofu and shrimp and I use bags of pre-shredded coleslaw cabbage and carrot mix from the salad aisle. So quick and easy, makes good leftovers and it’s yummy and satisfying too!

It’s super easy to make! Just Google Spring Roll in a bowl and you will find the recipe easily! Very easy to make!
