I just found this site & I'm excited about writing down my progress & hold-ups along the way. I am 29 & have a 3 year old & a 10 month old, so needless to say I need to take off a few pounds to keep up with them! I am on the South Beach Diet because I do not HAVE to do any heavy exercising. I can't do any lower extremity exercises because I had bone cancer in my pelvis & awaiting my 4th surgery to correct a leg-length mishap & pain issues. I have already lost 2 pounds since I started 4 days ago. It is hard, but I'm going to the beach at the end of May & I want to look good!
