I finally picked up a few sweet potatoes at the grocery store ! It’s been awhile since I had them because I have been leaning more into Yukon, red and fingerlings. I am going to bake/ roast them today. 😀

I love those potatoes also honeybuns, and the blue potatoes are good too. My daughter loves sweet potatoes so we have them quite often. Baked mostly, but sometimes in stews/soups. Enjoy!

Thank everybody! Yep, Shir that's how I do it most. I like to really roast them good so they get a bit carmelized in the jacket. Yum yum :D
