Just updated my bio on here to reflect my weight goals for this weight loss journey. In a nutshell, here they are:
Progress: Beginning Weight: 163 lbs
Goals: January 1, 2016: 159.5 lbs February 1, 2016: 156 lbs March 1, 2016: 152.5 lbs April 1, 2016: 149 lbs (MINI GOAL: Went down 1 click at the doctor's office) May 1, 2016: 145.5 lbs (MINI GOAL: No longer in the "Overweight" category) June 1, 2016: 142 lbs July 1, 2016: 138.5 lbs August 1, 2016: 135 lbs (MINI GOAL: Almost there!) September 1, 2016: 131.5 lbs October 1, 2015: 128 lbs November 1, 2015: 125 lbs (FINAL GOAL)
I'll be coming up with fitness goals as well as I get into the new year. Finishing in November seems so long away, but slow and steady wins the race. And 3.5 lbs per month doesn't seem like a huge stretch. I look forward to buying new clothes at the end. ;)
