An Easter egg hunt for the kids with associated finger foods, pizza, etc...for everyone gave me a temporary weight gain from Saturday. Didn't even record the food. It's very hard to get accurate calories when everything is made at home (well, maybe not the pizza), with whatever recipe. It was almost a 2 pound gain from salt and other stuff. It will come off in a couple of days. No sweat. 1 day does not a real gain make. I did actually lose a little weight for the month. Back at eating properly today.
