fat 40.9% back from Vienna with a bad, violent cough and had fever yesterday. the weather isn't great. had a bad last day in Vienna, work colleague sent a hurtful email, trying to bully me. I will not give in. however the stress doesn't help. today subscribed to Omo, in my last attempt to lose some weight and keep me focused on the weight goal as the wedding is approaching. red Sahara dust everywhere not helping with the mood.
