Well, I came back from Pilgrimage 1/2 to 3/4 pounds heavier. :( It was really hard to stick to an eating plan when you can't pick your own food. But I think I did really good considering. I actually expected the scale to tell me I had gained a few pounds, so all in all I think I was lucky! Now back to the grindstone!! :)
