I need to take inspiration from your walking at work!! I sit far too much in my line of work, and really could use getting out for some walks.

@le-ah: its actually easier than you think, the number of steps you make actually helps you for the calorie deficit. You should be familiar cardio burns more calories and in contrast muscle burns calories when resting. High intensity cardio will raise your appetite and steady state like walking almost doesn’t impact your appetite at all and so it makes your calorie deficit effortless. Tbh I need 5 minutes from my line of work to outside and it’s 10 minutes to and fro. If you can make 12k steps a day weight loss or fat loss should be a piece of cake. If you are someone that enjoys high intensity cardio it’s a different scenario and if weight loss is your primary goal then start making enough steps and make sure your energy consumption and energy expenditure are on point. Check how many steps a day you’re doing on average and increase little by little one step at a time. You don’t have to walk outside u can still make steps inside your home by listening to music podcasts or talking to someone you love. You can even clean the house still make steps. Once you practice this for a week it’s addictive trust me. Then you’ll lose your laziness 😊😊😊
