happy thanksgiving to all!!

i started my day by eating a filling breakfast and will be bring roasted carrots and salad to fill out my plate this year. i will enjoy all of the foods but be mindful of the portions heading to thanksgiving day dinner soon. my goals of getting healthier and trimming down are more important than overeating on everything today.
