forgot to weigh in this am. my scale is an old school kind with the needle and there is a lot of variation in it so i need to get a digital one to make my weigh in's more accurate. eating and tracking has been going mostly well. i did not track every day last week but i did more days than not, and i tracked on thanksgiving. it really helped me make better choices during the meal. i skipped the rolls and didn't have too much seconds. i felt full but not stuffed like a normal year. the day after thanksgiving i didn't do that great and i didn't track the whole day, but i want to focus on the fact that instead of quitting, i got right back on it... i meal prepped on sunday and am enjoying eating good foods again at work. i haven't been bringing lunch to work much the last several months but now it's becoming a habit again! i am enjoying healthy snacks like apple or banana. i have been aiming to stay under 2000 calories, eventually i'd like to get to more like 1600 or 1800 but i don't know how feasible that is for me long term at this time. 2000 gives me enough room to not feel like i am super restricted. as i get more used to tracking i think i can get even better with my calorie intake. all is well, weigh in to follow soon.
